A database: Various subsystems of the data are managed by the same database, sharing
the resources.
A card-issuing center: the center bases on the TCP/IP protocol and SOCKET means of
communication. After all the RF cards are authorized in the management center, they can be
used and no need to do any operation in the subsystems.
